  • Individual counselling session

    $150 per 50 minute individual counselling session

    Clinical social work services are exempt from GST. They can be claimed as a medical expense on income tax (not applicable for Yukon & Nunavut residents). I offer a sliding scale rate to people who can benefit, with limited availability.

Payment

I accept both e-transfers and credit card payments. Payment is due immediately following each session. Note: 2.75% of all e-transfer payments received are donated at the end of the calendar year to local Indigenous non-profits as a form of reparations.

Benefits

Clinical social work services may be covered under your extended health benefits through your work or school. Please check with your benefits provider. If you are a post-secondary student, you can check your plan here. Receipts will be provided for reimbursement.

First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) in BC: I am also registered as a mental health provider with FNHA and can provide direct billing for people with FNHA coverage. For more information, you can visit the FNHA website here.

Cancellations

I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is always flexibility for extenuating circumstances. Fees may apply otherwise.

I am located in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples.

I offer services virtually by video or phone to adult residents of British Columbia, Ontario, Yukon, and Nunavut.

The video platform is encrypted and meets Canadian privacy law requirements.
